The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has issued a call for papers for its ‘Gearing Up for the Future: PM Breakthroughs in Automotive Engineering’ seminar, which is taking place during 3D Print Lyon, June 3-4, 2026.
The shift towards electrification, lightweighting, and sustainable mobility is creating new opportunities for innovative manufacturing solutions. Powder Metallurgy is uniquely positioned to meet these challenges, offering high-performance components, efficient material use, and design flexibility.
The seminar will consist of technical presentations covering the latest Powder Metallurgy developments in the automotive sector. There will also be interactive round tables and networking opportunities.
3D Print Lyon partnership
Through its partnership with 3D Print Lyon, participation in the seminars will be free for non-exhibiting attendees. This collaboration allows professionals active or interested in Powder Metallurgy industries to explore the Additive Manufacturing exhibition, attend both the automotive and energy PM seminars during the same week, and network with a broader range of colleagues.
